Where are the lounges located in the airport?
In most cases our lounges are located after passport control near to the normal departures area. You will be provided with full directions with our booking confirmation.
How can I book an airport lounge?
Booking your airport lounge is quick and simple. Simply select the airport you are flying from and if necessary the airport terminal. Enter the number of adults and children in your party. Essential Travel’s system will search real time availability for lounges at the selected airport. A list of available lounges will be returned with important details such as opening hours and facilities. On selecting the lounge that best meets your requirements you will be taken to the customer details page where you will need to enter your contact details. Online payment completes the booking process and will display a confirmation which you can use at the airport lounge.The confirmation includes details about the selected lounge plus directions.
When should I book an airport lounge?
We would always recommend that you book your airport lounge as early as possible. If you are travelling at peak periods then some lounges can get fully booked. If you are looking for an airport lounge at short notice then you can still book online with us as our system works in real time. It will only show you lounges that are available.
How long before my flight can I check in at the lounge?
You can check into the lounge 3 hours before your flight departure time. The lounges may allow you to enter before this time at their discretion.
