IMPORTANT

As of 17th June 2010, Essential Travel's insurance policies will be underwritten by White Horse Insurance Ireland Limited. Existing policies booked before this date will have been underwritten by AXA and customers are asked to contact AXA directly for any claims or medical assistance.

When contacting the claims department, please quote Ref: Essential Travel policy and have the following information at hand:

  • Name of Your policy and where it was purchased
  • Policy number
  • Resort and country visited
  • Value of claim
  • Brief circumstances
  • Travel dates
  • Date your policy was purchased
  • Incident date

Failure to have the above information at hand may result in your claim being delayed.
